Dryer Vent Wizard of Greater Cincinnati & Dayton is expanding and looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
For over 20 years, we've proudly served homeowners and businesses throughout the region, building a reputation for exceptional customer service and professional expertise. As a fast-growing, family-owned service company, we're seeking an organized, proactive professional who enjoys helping customers, supporting team members, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Full-Time Position
No Nights. No Weekends.
What You'll Do
As our Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring both customers and technicians have a positive experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Building positive relationships with customers and team members
- Scheduling, organizing, and coordinating technicians' daily work orders
- Dispatching technicians to appointments throughout the day
- Managing customer communications through phone, email, and other channels
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Supporting customer retention and business growth initiatives
- Performing administrative and office management tasks
- Utilizing technology platforms including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, and our internal operating systems

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
Benefits include:
- Medical insurance after 90 days
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
