Operations / Business Development Manager

Location: Remote / Mobile with local travel in the Douglas county, N El Paso county and south metro Denver area.

Reports To: CEO / Ownership Team

Compensation: $50,000 base salary + commissions (15% new commercial, 5% repeat commercial)

Dryer Vent Wizard of Castle Rock provides professional dryer vent cleaning, repair and installation with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated leader to oversee daily operations and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

•Lead business development for all services provided

•Oversee service technicians, subcontractors, and scheduling

•Recruit, train, and retain qualified technicians

•Monitor quality, ensure customer satisfaction, and visit technicians weekly

•Manage vendor/supplier relationships and inventory

•Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and facilities

•Support safety compliance, incentive programs, and operational systems

What We’re Looking For

•Proven business development and sales experience

•Strong leadership and team-building skills

•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•Excellent communication and organizational skills

•Experience in service operations management preferred
