Office Coordinator — Dryer Vent Wizard of Northern Virginia (Remote | Northern Virginia)
We're a fast-growing Northern Virginia home services franchise and we need a dependable, organized Office Coordinator to help us keep pace with our growth. This is a work-from-home role where your contributions directly support the business — and as we grow, so does your opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and manage scheduling with field technicians
- Book, confirm, and track service appointments end-to-end
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Communicate job details via phone, text, and email across customers and team
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls
- Manage supply inventory and field operations ordering
- Post job photos and updates to social media
- Occasionally represent the business at local networking events or business group meetings to help promote our brand in the community
- Light, infrequent local errands or field support within Northern Virginia on an as-needed basis
- General administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Organized and dependable with strong multitasking ability
- Warm phone presence and clear written communication
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning new software
- Available occasionally on evenings or Saturdays
- Local to Northern Virginia
- Personable and comfortable representing the business in community or professional settings when the opportunity arises
- QuickBooks Online experience a plus
Compensation
- $40,000–$50,000 starting, based on experience
- Flexible remote schedule
