Compensation: $40,00-60,000/yr based on performance (Hourly + Commission/Performance Bonuses)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician to join our growing service team. This role involves inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and installing dryer vent systems in residential and light commercial properties. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in homes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect dryer vent systems for lint buildup, airflow restrictions, and safety hazards
• Clean dryer vents using professional tools and equipment
• Install and replace dryer vent components (flex ducts, rigid ducts, exterior vent covers, etc.)
• Identify and explain safety concerns and recommended repairs to customers
• Perform basic roof, attic, crawlspace, and ladder work safely
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and tools
• Complete job documentation and collect payments when required
• Provide professional, friendly customer service at every job site

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and on roofs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Professional appearance and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience in dryer vent cleaning, HVAC, appliance repair, or home services
• Basic construction or handyman experience
• Sales or up-selling experience in a service role
